After you hit it, you'll notice that the two Sims no longer get the +relationship gain symbols. Charisma is important and will increase your daily cap, which starts at only 15 points. I envision a time management game that rewards you for actually Having Friends, so this is a necessary first step. In order to gradually introduce depth to friendships, while not compromising the spirit of the mod, I've started out with a simple system that caps the amount of friendship and romance that a Sim can gain with another in a single day. When the party's over, your Sim will have reduced social decay and will not desire socialization as more. While at the party, the Sim will receive reduced stress/bad moods and so too will the guests.
